phtayaa Terms & Conditions

By accessing the phtayaa website, creating an account, or placing any wager on the phtayaa platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, together with phtayaa's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all users of the phtayaa platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the platform in any manner.

phtayaa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the phtayaa platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

To register and use the phtayaa platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines and is strictly enforced by phtayaa.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phtayaa, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phtayaa or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

By registering on phtayaa, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. phtayaa reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found not to meet any eligibility requirement.

To access the full range of phtayaa's services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phtayaa will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account Verification (KYC)

phtayaa operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account registered in your name)

phtayaa reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict account activity pending the completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on phtayaa. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

All financial transactions on the phtayaa platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phtayaa supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits published on the platform from time to time.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your phtayaa account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. phtayaa does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. phtayaa reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to processing times as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) business day. These timeframes are indicative only and may vary during periods of high demand or due to circumstances beyond phtayaa's control.

phtayaa reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting additional documentation, where it deems this necessary for compliance or security purposes. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

phtayaa offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, validity periods, and game restrictions, which are published alongside each promotion on the phtayaa platform.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to new registrants only and may not be combined with other offers. phtayaa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate phtayaa's bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion — will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus, the forfeiture of any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in account suspension.

All bets placed on phtayaa are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product (live casino, slots, bingo, sports betting, sabong, etc.), which are published within each game or product section of the platform. In the event of any technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game round, phtayaa's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round shall be final.

phtayaa reserves the right to void any bet that is placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed in circumstances where phtayaa reasonably suspects fraud, collusion, or match-fixing. Winnings derived from voided bets will not be paid out.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the relevant game interface. phtayaa reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual players or across the platform at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phtayaa platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Creating or operating more than one account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with phtayaa's software or systems
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phtayaa staff or other players
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

All content on the phtayaa platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the property of phtayaa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phtayaa platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phtayaa platform without the prior written consent of phtayaa. Any unauthorized use of phtayaa's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtayaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

phtayaa does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phtayaa shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond phtayaa's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phtayaa's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

phtayaa collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phtayaa platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phtayaa may share your personal data with third-party payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform. phtayaa will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

phtayaa is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

phtayaa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phtayaa reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

Upon termination of your account for cause, phtayaa reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, phtayaa may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your phtayaa account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after the completion of any applicable verification procedures, provided no outstanding wagering requirements remain.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phtayaa operates within the regulatory context established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming platforms serving Filipino players. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the phtayaa platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

phtayaa reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phtayaa will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Your continued use of the phtayaa platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
